Shipping and Returns

RETURNS:

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ANY PROMOTION OR ON SALE PURCHASE

We pride ourselves in the fact that each brightlytwisted product is made specifically for the unique and vibrant individuals who shop with us - Accepting returns during a sale or promotion negates that one-of-a-kind mentality and made just for you standard that we maintain.

ALL SALES/PROMOS/CUSTOM ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE

 

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective full-price merchandise within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment and must be accompanied by invoice/packing slip, with the merchandise tagged and in its original condition.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. If you would like to return merchandise, you will be required to use your own track-able & insured shipping method.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Should a purchase arrive damaged, defective, or flawed, please email a photo to SALES@BRIGHTLYTWISTED.COM within 5 days of receiving your package. You can expect a response within 24 hours, Mon-Fri. at the dye house, we are compelled to make it beautiful - We will happily remake your item.

EVEN EXCHANGES:

Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries!  If you need to exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective full-price item for the same item in different size or color, we will gladly do so within 14 days of receipt.  We'll even provide the return label free of charge!
