Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective full-price merchandise within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment and must be accompanied by invoice/packing slip, with the merchandise tagged and in its original condition. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. If you would like to return merchandise, you will be required to use your own track-able & insured shipping method. Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need to exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective full-price item for the same item in different size or color, we will gladly do so within 14 days of receipt. To start your exchange, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping & Processing
Processing can take up to 10 business days and then we ship your order to you! Most orders do not take this long and will ship in 3 business days, however, we do occasionally require the full amount of time.
We offer standard shipping for $8 through UPS Ground (1-5 business days). Occasionally we ship items through USPS ground shipping as well (2-8 business days). Orders over $100 automatically qualify for free shipping.
It's easier than you think to keep your wardrobe [uncommonly pretty]. Remember that everything has been through the dye process, washed and dried. MACHINE WASH; FIRST TIME = COLD & ALONE. THERE ON AFTER, WASH AND DRY NORMALLY!
FIRST WASH = COLD & ALONE IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT IF YOUR GARMENT IS SATURATED WITH BLACK, NAVY, TURQUOISE OR RED.
NEVER HAND WASH YOUR BRIGHTYLYTWISTED PIECE.
Your garment has been dyed with sizing already considered, and has been pre-shrunk so that it will not shrink further.
