Have you met our shop cat, Tag?! Our unofficial mascot, and everyone’s favorite coworker, Taggerta lives at Detroit Dye House and is a beloved fixture of the Corktown community. These colorful and warm hats are sweet, snuggly and sassy, just like Tag, and proudly bear her image!

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective full-price merchandise within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment and must be accompanied by invoice/packing slip, with the merchandise tagged and in its original condition.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Processing for your order is between 3-10 business days. Although we rarely require 10 days, please allow for the full amount of time when placing your order.

We offer standard shipping for $10 through UPS Ground (1-5 business days). Occasionally we ship items through USPS ground shipping as well (2-8 business days). Orders over $200 automatically qualify for free shipping.

If you are local to the metro Detroit area, please note that you are also able to choose a free pick-up option at checkout!
